Organised by Marmara University's Faculty of Fine Arts, the 5th International Student Triennial brings together art and design students from across the world to create an interdisciplinary exchange. Since 1997, this triennial has been held every three years, highlighting global perspectives and diversity. This year's theme is "The East of the West, the West of the East: New Approaches in Art and Design" with a focus on globalism, East-West transformation and their reflection in art. The event aligns with Istanbul's 2010 title as European Capital of Culture, serving as an international platform and cultural bridge for the city.
