The 13th National Business Administration Congress (Volume 1) Proceedings were organised by the Department of Business Administration at Marmara University's Faculty of Business Administration in Kemer, Antalya, from 8–10 May 2014. Since its launch in 2001, the Congress has served as an important academic platform for discussing various subfields of management science. These include auditing, finance, public relations, human resources, business informatics, logistics, accounting, quantitative decision-making techniques, organisational behaviour, marketing, social responsibility and ethics, production management and management and organisation.
